        Friendly staff, but unfortunately due to the pandemic they are severely understaffed now, and also they are closing permanently at the end of next month (August) from what I heard. Right now everything is 25% off. Aside from hardware, I noticed they also had some random cookware, including cast iron which I am a fan of.

        I just completed a total gut renovation of my apartment and this store became my go-to place whenever I needed something (tapes, paint, screws, bug repellant, hooks, painter tape, keys, locks, planting material, etc.). So much easier than trudging to Home Depot. Terrific/seasoned advice though the service people can sometimes be grumpy (not a big deal unless you have really thin skin). Every neighborhood should have a local hardware store like this.

        Worst customer service experience. I asked advise on a bolt size I was buying. To my surprise: For the few pennies you are spending you are not worth my advise Avoid this place.
