We had 2 other mold companies inspect our home before CMI did their inspection. CMI caught mold issues that were completely missed by the other 2 companies. Joe has been incredibly thorough, patient, accessible and helpful throughout the entire remediation process. His guidance and expertise has been invaluable. We are so relieved to have finally found a company in which we have 100% trust and confidence. And now we can finally get our family healthy again.

I have just begun the process of getting my apartment tested for mold and other contaminants and I found Certified Mold Inspections on a recommendation and I am so glad I did. So far I have had phone conversations with 3 of the team and an inspection. All 3 team members have been very knowledgeable and in great communication and partnership with each other as well as me. I was very impressed with the extensive knowledge and ability to communicate fully and understandably from all. I have received calls before the appointment, after, and I know exactly what the next steps in the process are. I feel so taken care of and I know that the remainder of the experience is going to be exactly what I needed in terms of healing for myself.

This company came highly recommended to me. I booked a consultation for an urgent mold issue and after waiting three weeks for the visit, they emailed me that they were canceling 3 days before the visit. They won’t return my phone call and emailed me that I’m on the wait list...is that 3 weeks/3 months? Very unprofessional to leave me in the dark. I will seek out a different company and feel they have zero concern for my health, as precious time was wasted, while I’m stuck living in mold and trying to manage mold remediation on my own now. If my property is too much travel for your company, just be honest and don’t leave me waiting! I even offered to pay more for the distance and got no call back, just an email that the info will be passed on :/
