NYC Elite

I had a Birthday party for my son at NYC Elite this past weekend. The people running it (some of them) were obnoxious. It was clear they were in a rush to get home. That, I understand but this was too much. I had a friend waiting at the door in the freezing cold waiting to get in and texting me. To get into the rest of the particulars is not worth the agitation. Suffice it to say, have your son or daughters Birthday party somewhere else.I will add, we had a great Birthday party for my son there last year. He goes to school in the neighborhood which made it convenient for me and the other parents. With all of the great places to choose in NYC I would say avoid NYC Elite at all costs. It is not worth the experience or the inconsistency.

The facility is really nice. Ive enjoyed sending my daughter there for 5 years and she loves it. It's safe, clean and fun for her. Everyone that works there is friendly. I had issues about her not getting enough instruction in the group classes and was offered a private lesson. The private lesson was very helpful and in the timeframe of one hour my daughter was given very specific instruction on how to improve her cartwheel and handstands. She also had a great time during the one on one lesson. Overall, this place is great, I just wish there was more instruction in the group classes.
