I just did not like this spin class. First - I like spin studios with no windows or outside light, so that's the first thing that threw me off. The instructor I had was awkward. The music wasn't great. Just the whole overall feeling was awkward. I managed to get in a decent workout, but I didn't feel accomplished after. I probably will not come back.

I went to Pablo fitness a few times over the last few years on various groupon deals that I purchased. For the cheap price, I was always relatively happy with the classes. I found Pablo and Nicky to be the BEST instructors - all the other ones kinda sucked. So i made sure to go to their classes and was happy with the experience.
After being on their mailing list - I got an e-mail with a "Sale" of $90 for an unlimited month of riding. This was right before the new year, and I called to figure out when my month would expire. She assured me that I had a full year - the year of 2014 to utilize my "unlimited" month. Just call and activate it.
Low and behold, I called to activate it this month (as the year is quickly coming to an end) and I was told that my month had "expired" and that they could no longer honor it, because it had already been "used". I explained what the receptionist had told me. I also had them look at my account to see that I had not been to class since buying the "unlimited month". They confirmed that I had no been to class - but regardless the "unlimited month" had expired.
I asked to speak to Pablo directly. I figured he might remember me, and after hearing the situation first-hand, would be likely to honor my unlimited month. I scheduled an appointment to meet him. He cancelled. THen we rescheduled, and he pushed it back an hour. After coming in at the newly scheduled time - he DIDN't SHOW UP!
His receptionist/office manager just e-mailed me to say that they would not be honoring my "unlimited month".
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place - they are not ethical, and the classes are just "alright", and they are obviously not very professional. There is a reason that they are always on groupon/lifebooker, etc.
