Crunch Fitness - 38th Street

Love this spot. I have tried few crunch locations but love this the most. Its super clean, quieter, less crowded. The machines and weights are great and the staff is welcoming.

Not my favorite Crunch. It is very overcrowded during peak hours. There isn't even enough space to change in the locker room. And this location gets quite warm. Like all of the windows fog up, literally. They need to make some tweaks here.

Two stars because its clean and front desk people are nice. Equipments break and they dont fix it for months. Some People stay on their phones in the equipment for more than 34min, I counted because I was on a tight schedule, I had to deal with rude smelly people with their street clothes and shoes in the sauna multiple times, I complained to the manager Jovani more than once, and he did absolutely nothing but making me feel even more uncomfortable. Thats when I realized I had to cancel my membership and never go back to that place. Worst experience ever with a gym.

Watch out for the female trainer KATE. She will try to hook up with your man whether it's a client or another trainer! She's light skinned with a nose job.
