Highest quality furniture pieces at fair prices. I live in CT and have purchases pieces on three different occasions recently. All have been sent to me in CT and were perfectly packed. Rosa Aguilar has handled my orders and has always been most helpful. The furniture is so great to look at and admire and use. It works well in any setting. All purchases from urbangreen have brought me continued satisfaction. A great way to sample what they do is to look at their clearance items and start with a small piece as an introduction. I recommend them most highly.

My experiences with Urbangreen are always amazing. I love their showroom. Their staff is very knowledgeable and have always gone above on beyond with their customer service.

I would give them a negative score if I could. They sold me a mattress that was a floor model without disclosing that fact. It just "was on sale!" Moreover, they didn't make the apparently required recommendation for a foundation, so the mattress has collapsed in just over a year. They have had a horrible customer service reaction and have no accountability for these issues. The salesperson left--and it was his fault. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. They are not registered with the BBB and I will be reaching out to the city to let MadeinNYC know these issues.
