My family has been a regular at this restaurant. Spent 9 days trying to contact Michael, the private events manager by phone and email. A friend went by to leave a message for him to call me. He never returned any messages! Went in yesterday and met with him. I asked politely what is going on? He said, “do you want the party room or not?†He repeated this 3 times in Condescending way! a How does one work with such a person? He was nasty and disinterested in doing his job. Told him “I would report him to corporate headquartersâ€

Had a fantastic experience here with my daughter. The food comes quick and the service is just great. Prices are reasonable.

(Translated by Google) I am sorry I went to this place. They wanted to cheat us with the wine claiming that they had not served us the one from the promotion. This is the first time that has happened to me. Of course I do not recommend it and I will not return. (Original) Estoy arrepentida de haber ido a este lugar. Nos quisieron estafar con el vino alegando que no nos habÃan servido el de la promoción. Es la primera vez que me sucede. Por supuesto no lo recomiendo y no volvere.

I had brunch here yesterday with two friends from out of town. We've eaten here before and fond the food okay, though the service gets worse and worse. Yesterday it was almost criminal. We had to ask for our food several times (people who were seated after we had ordered our food had their meals and we still couldn't get our food). My eggs Benedict was stone cold, the egg yokes were solid (as in a hard boiled egg) and the English muffin was charred. One friend ordered a medium hamburger and it, too, arrived cold (not lukewarm, but cold) and virtually raw. Because the friends had to get to the airport we did not send the food back. The friend who ate only a few bits of his hamburger became very ill from it on the plane. We also had to repeatedly ask for the check. This is simply unacceptable from a restaurant.
