I receive a call after sending out my application for new passport it’s goes to voicemail and someone tells me to call back with regards passport. I have been calling for a month and no answer!!!!!!!. Does anyone work here??? I need to go home but that’s not going to happen without a passport. ANSWER THE PHONES!!!!!!!

Why do you have contact information on your site if "your call cannot be completed at this time" every time I call, and nobody replies to emails? South African xenophobia exists on every tier and level of interaction.

What is the point of an embassy if no one ever picks up a call or gets back to you. Obviously people who work here do not have a work ethic they have, I am lazy and refuse to do my job ethic. Geez it’s your embassy is useless and embarrassing. Maybe read all the reviews that say the same thing and fix it!!!!
