Contacting the Consulate of Hungary in New York was useless. I asked for an appointment in an e-mail in August, 2021, because I wanted to start my simplified naturalization process. They responded to my e-mail by asking questions. Although I answered their questions, I have not heard back from them since August. I sent a follow-up e-mail in September, but received no answer. I am disappointed by their unwillingness to carry out the services.

Terrible customer service. They messed up my appointment time, never answer the phone, and impatient.
