      image At first I was glad they were able to deliver quickly to my girlfriend; but I am sad to report that the flowers wilted within less than a day. When I contacted them to fix the problem they acted very annoyed and begrudgingly replaced them--but with a smaller, cheaper bouquet which was already wilting when it was delivered. When I again called to inquire I was told that they were not interested in making things right and declared, "these things happen". Their online "guarantee" is worthless. I'll never shop here again.
