Update: The store kindly reached out and explained what likely happened (a cold day in Feb affected the supply chain). They offered full refund and another set of flowers! So 10/10 customer service despite the situation. Tulips never opened. The store said they should bloom soon, but they never did. These flowers are pretty expensive and disappointing for the tulips to die without even blooming.
