        Called and initially spoke to an affable receptionist, provided my contact information and was told that the attorney would contact me with next steps. Instead, I receive a callback within an hour from the RUDEST, most APATHETIC, and UNPROFESSIONAL woman I have ever encountered - despite explaining a very sensitive and heartbreaking family matter - she could not have empathized less. Horrible encounter. It is a shame that we were never able to interact with Mr. Bilkis due to his inept staff. If I could give a zero star rating I would; beware.
