This law firm was the most unprofessional I have dealt with in my life. They would call me the day of court at 7 am and tell me we have to go to court today. They cost me thousands of dollars on excess fees because they were unable to communicate effectively with their client. They are still trying to bill me for scheduling 3 separate court dates with a tenant that moved out months prior.

Bruce Gudin was as thorough and efficient as he could be, especially in such a nontraditional setting. We spoke through emails and phone, yet he completely understood my concerns and questions, providing me exactly what I needed to know about my rights as a tenant and that my lease is indeed binding despite my landlord being a flip company that considers me nothing more than a barnacle to them that faithfully pays the rent on time and in full every month via certified mail.
