        The owner/manager was very rude. I complained about the work not having been done properly and he kicked me out of the shop after having copiously insulted me. I have never been treated so violently by a shopkeeper in NYC. I pay for a service and I have the right to complain, as a client, when the work is not done well. Basically they burn and destroy your clothes, you have to iron them at home again because the pressing is a disaster and the clothes are wrinkled. You can find much better dry cleaners around...

        They take care of your clothing at Metro. Even go as far as to cover each button on your shirts so that they don't break. I haven't had one issue since going the for almost 10 years.
