I had an emergency and needed a gown steamed for a themed party over the weekend. I arrived asking for help and the staff & owner came out to assist me in the middle of an extremely busy day. They were kind enough to steam my beautiful gown and I was able to wear it to the winter wonderland party. I noticed as my dress was getting steamed, the owner was also greeting every customer by name and vice versa. Needless to say they won me over and I will be utilizing them moving forward. Love supporting local businesses like this. Thank you Larry & team!

Joseph Cleaners are AMAZINGLY good & they did an excellent job cleaning a dark green comforter that I brought in. After the terribly hot summer (& our cat making herself comfortable on it), it needed a thorough cleaning. When I got it back, it looked brand new! I like the people there too -- they're friendly and efficient and deserve high praise.

This is an cleaners is amazing. The staff is very cordial and accommodating. I asked them to deliver the same day it was a holiday it was delivered to my building early. I also needed them to sew a button it was delivered the same day as well. I cannot say enough nice thinks about the staff and the service.

Tailor is absolutely awful. I asked to have the button on a pair of brown pants fixed. She used black thread to reinforce the opposite side of the pants (that wasn't broken) despite the button I requested to be fixed literally falling off when I had them returned to me after a week. I had to go to another tailor to have the black thread removed and the button actually fixed, costing me more money. I also asked to have a white vintage slip repaired and to be gentle since it was older. She dragged it on the dirty front counter and when I politely asked her to be gentle with it she yelled that she didn't wash her hands so they were dirty and the slip was going to get dirty. There are so many other tailors in the area, take your clothes elsewhere if you care about them.
