        Dupont has been my dry cleaner for many years. They clean my spots (and there are many), crease my trousers (in the "before times"), wash my quilts, hem my pants and sleeves, alter dresses and jackets, and deliver every single article I have ever taken in. Covid hit every small business in my neighborhood but Dupont continues to support me and look after my clothes and quilts. They even store my winter woolens, down jackets, and coats! They are prompt and courteous and I will remain their customer as long as they continue to run their business as they have, where they are, and as long as I live in my apartment close by.         They lost some garment and took no responsibility for it. No apology, no compensation for loosing it, nothing. The answer was: "it is not here" as if I did not send them for dry cleaning. They are not the greatest in their job either.
