        This was my first visit to NYC Smile Design. Dr Mellow was great! Good bedside manner, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She explained everything she was doing as well as her evaluation of my case. Staff was wonderful too.

        The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I originally went in for a whitening, but Dr. Mello suggested that my bite needed to be addressed before anything else. She took her time explaining why and I agreed. Not once did I feel pressured, the entire experience was organic. I can’t wait for my next appointment .
