I will NEVER order from MAC online again! It's been nothing but a nightmare! From the site not working and unable to place my order, promotional codes not being applied to my order, being charged incorrect prices (Canada prices) for each item (totaling over $100) to my order not being shipped because three out of 62 items were on backorder, my items being cancelled and reordered and being recharged, not getting my membership benefits and receiving my complementary item, spending over an hour on the phone spanning across four different phone calls to MAC's customer service regarding all of my issues, and SO much more! I'm waiting to hear back from a Manager because for spending over $400 on one order, I should NOT be going or have to be going through so many issues! They need to compensate me for my time.
