I was a customer at the Waterbury Connecticut store on Sunday with my granddaughter who is doing her separate shopping. Close to closing time we were still in the store with full carriages of a lot of merchandise. A guy comes around saying they’re closed and that they had made an announcement which we did not hear because the intercom communication was horrible. And we had to leave the store with all our stuff in the carriage they did not even give us a chance to cash out they just said we can’t cash you out because all the registers are closed we made an announcement

Hello , On May 29, 2020 I was a customer at Shopper world at the 3399 Aramingo Ave Philadelphia, PA 19134 United States location, when I experience a large amount of assault and disrespect. The employee that treated me this way was a Caucasian women in her mid 40s. The way she came across me was very rude. She started screaming at me and my children stating that I needed to hurry up and get to the line. I understand that it was 25 minutes only due to the pandemic but the form of disrespect to me and my children was unacceptable. I was only able to get two shirts and I was wrongfully rushed out of store. I did not mean any harm, I just wanted to shop my 25 minutes in peace. I was not the only one experiencing this form of disrespect either.

Manager LATRICIA GOOSBY on pendleton pike. Is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL especially towards her employees! She ignores them a little too often and is very VINDICTIVE!! SHE IS A HORRIBLE ROLE MODEL AND MANAGER! She does not deserve the position she is in and I will not be returning until she is GONE!!!
