        It melts and if you dont let them know in 30 days that their product arrived melted they wont stand by their product. I was 1day too late when I opened the inedible box at Christmas. 4 days too late when I contacted them. No replacement No refund. Out all $$ for the melted gifts I gave my friends. Embarrassed too. Watch out. Who opens their presents before Christmas?

        I ordered a 32 piece box of chocolates. When it arrived, a third of the pieces were missing. When I chatted with Customer Service, I was told to send a picture of the contents and Godiva would reimburse me for the missing pieces. Really???
