      image I sustained an injury five years ago with this practice and have since had surgery on my hip and epidural injections on my back. Their physical therapist Maria angelica Fayloga japoss is absolutely incompetent and was asking me to turn on a narrow table that they have since replaced. Randy Stephan is soulless! I have been dealing with their lawyers for five years and was told they also settled another medical malpractice claim 2 years ago for 450k.
