Body Mechanics Orthopedic Massage

I had my first massage here last week with Autumn and was very pleased! I’m also a massage therapist (LMT), (my regular LMT is out on maternity leave) and I’ve been trying to find a good massage for months. (I can always see my own team for a great massage, but it’s better to have treatment outside of your work place to truly relax.) Autumn read my intake form and had good follow up questions. She provided focussed and detailed work on the areas needing attention and was great👍

First time seeing Sharon and she was wonderful. Relief and relaxation. This new location is clean, convenient and felt safe with lots of covid precautions. Highly recommend to anyone who needs relief from pain or discomfort.

I wrote a glowing review 6 years ago when BMOM was first getting started. This is still my go-to massage therapy place, as they offer something fundamentally different from other massage / body work options. The team is highly skilled, welcoming and committed to their craft. I see Matt on a regular basis and he is incredibly knowledgeable, generous with his time and energy, and he has really helped me manage my sports-related injuries and aches and pains. Matt and the others I've seen at BMOM over the years really take the time to listen to their clients and develop a specific approach to their concerns. I highly recommend BMOM.

I didn't actually cry with joy last night when I realized I could open my jaw all the way without pain, but it was that level of relief. If you've tried to deal with severe TMJ pain using night guards, muscle relaxers, acupuncture, topical creams, heat and ice packs, or been told you "need" Botox to fix the issue, GO SEE TOMMY! I knew there had to be a way to fix this and I thought massage would help, I just didn't realize jaw massages were a thing. I'm so grateful they are!! I enjoyed the massage but didn't feel better immediately afterwards. They next day I did feel some improvement and I kept doing the massages Tommy showed me. Several days later I realized I could open my jaw all the way without any pain. I could yawn again, without any pain. I AM SO RELIEVED!!! Thank you, Tommy!!
