AT&T Store

If I could give 0 I would. I was led to believe by the staff that my sim card would work in my phone and it didn't. When I asked for assistance they implied the issue was my phone when in reality it was their misinformation and incompetence in phone compatibility. Avoid Antonio at all cost. He literally doesn't know much about AT&T and will not help you get a refund when he's led you astray.

Juliana is a phenomenal retail sales and business consultant. I highly recommend every customers ask to speak with her. Juliana made my first experience with AT&T be a relief. Juliana is well spoken, confident, and broke down my new plan smoothly with me. Juliana also speaks Spanish and is bilingual. Very beneficial for the peoples who doesnt speak English. Juliana professionalism is top tier with how informal she is, and patient she is. I felt relax and confident that I was in good hands with Juliana. I got the iPhone 13, and was extremely satisfied with the service and experience dealing with Juliana. Hardworking woman and highly motivated! Greeted new customers with respect and kindness. Overall I had a fantastic experience at AT&T thanks to Juliana therefore thank you so much.

My Significant Other purchased a Samsung S22 Mobile phone. A Tech representative at the AT&T store transferred his information from his previous S21 phone. However, when My Significant Other started using his new phone. He noticed some things were different about the interface. We tried to figure it out, to no avail. He went to another AT&T store. The Tech representative didnt resolve the issue. We decided to go to another AT&T store. This was the third store. We spoke to a Tech representative. She was helpful, but she couldnt figure out the problem. She told us Julian Lewis ( retail sales/business consultant ) would be knowledgeable in resolving the phone issue. Julian had a cool, professional demeanor. At first, he was confused about the issue. But, he asked us a few questions and looked through the phone. THEN, he figured out the problem. Presto! Julian made our day. Not only did he resolved my Significant Other phone issue. We learned a few things about apps and technology. If you need assistance or want to buy / upgrade to a new phone.
