Called twice, went to cell phone voicemail. Guy with Indian accent called back, had terrible attitude. Interrupted with incorrect answers before I finished my questions. Hung up on me. I called back with another question, again went to voicemail. No return phone call. Rude rude rude!

Matt was beyond helpful getting me set up with a new phone unexpectedly when my iPhone crashed. helped me get my phone setup and information backed up to the best of his ability going out of his way since my iCloud was not backed up. I still walked away with the essentials and contacts. Greatly appreciated his patience working with me
