It’s really bad experience.I rented 15 Passanger van for my family for the holiday and it was really dirty and the seats were ripped and the wipers were broken and the van was shaking really bad and then after I returned the car 3 days before my rental is over they over charged me like $600 and when I called the manager her name is MARCI HERNANDEZ she told I can’t help you and if you wanna complain about this talk to my boss and my boss is GOD because I don’t have boss or you can go to the police or the court and she was very Rude over the phone and I asked her to transfer me to her boss or the owner she refused . Really bad experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone please stay away from this place

I reserved a vehicle about a month ago to pick up today. I made all these damned preparations to get ready for my trip. On the day that I have to travel for an hour to pick up the vehicle, I’m told that the reservation was cancelled because they “don’t go to Illinois.” I didn’t get an email, voicemail, text or any kind of notification that my reservation was cancelled. No curtesy call, no form of communication to tell me to save myself all the hassle or to try and go somewhere else. The clerk up front says that someone did get in touch with me and “spoke to someone.” Well I say whoever that was needs to get fired. I would clearly remember such a conversation, or if they had sent an email or text they would be able to produce proof of this conversation. Additionally, it’s fine they “don’t go to Illinois.” This could have been explained to me when I made the reservation or even a little after. The form that I filled out asks where you plan to drive to and won’t process if you leave this information out. The clerk said that whoever called did so on Friday August 20. I made this reservation BACK IN JULY.
