These guys obviously trawled some sort of email list from various organizations that post emails publicly (as many companies do on their websites and employee bio pages) and are now emailing multiple people at my firm—who very much did NOT opt in to any email or solicitation from them—INCESSANTLY in an attempt to drum up business. I've asked to be removed from their email list multiple times now with zero response/compliance. Super shady practices!

The instant alerts are great and come in faster than my google alerts. Having monitoring capabilities across multiple media types - Social, TV/Radio and news outlets - in one platform is a big time saver for my boutique shop.
My favorite aspect is their customer support - I have a dedicated account manager who actually knows my business, not some random person who tells me to "open up a support ticket." Even though I am not a Fortune 500 company, if I have a major issue, whether it's at 1pm or 1am, I have access to 24/7 support.
