Horrible branch , I came in on my lunch break waiting almost a hour just to speak to someone , there are literally five seats and only one person available to speak to there was one other person there but he was on a extensive lunch break! No excuse for having one person to speak to on a Thursday afternoon in Manhattan ! Might need to change banks #unacceptable!

CapitalOne would not let me use the credit card but continued to charge me. They wanted me to submit documents to them for proof of identity, which I did. I submitted a valid driver's license, my birth certificate, a utility bill, a W2, a copy of my passport and it still was not enough. After 3 months of their team being incapable of resolving the issue, I had enough. It's not worth it when I've had such great service from other credit card companies such as American Express. I really wish CapitalOne valued their customers enough to let them use the credit card they paid for. I had identity verification issues with other credit card companies, but no team has been as ruthlessly incompetent in resolving the issue as has CapitalOne. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid any additional fees that they kept adding on. I welcome the demise of companies such as CapitalOne that treat their customers as a mere number, rather than a human being.
