I entered this branch today at 1:30, 30 minutes prior to the 2:00 pm closing time. Upon reaching the teller window I was told they could not help me (interesting choice of words) when I asked why, I was told "we decided to close early today". When asked why again I was told because "we want to".
It's inconceivable to me that the associates in this branch can be that disrespectful, discourteous and just not care about their careers, their performance, BOA and certainly not the customers. Unbelievable and sad that once again a national bank brand allows such behavior in a predominantly minority neighborhood.

The customers service is one of the worse compared with other bank or branch
The ATM area is always dirty and a bunch of homeless sleep at ATM area, is not surprised that they dont have a cashiers service at the branch, as a business account costumer Ill rate it (0)
