        My favourite BofA manager works here. Mathew Cardenas is a great professional and very kind-hearted person. From the first visit I noticed how much he is willing to help. You can feel this professional care in letters, calls or visits in person. I really have something to compare with. Sometimes was not possible to solve my issue in 30 min visit, so Mathew came back with an update for me by mail. My case is not easy, so we kept in touch with Mathew on weekly basis and got already great results. People like Mathew change opinions of the Bank for the better.

        Waste of time. Tried to cancel a credit account, but was blown off by the man up front. He made excuse after excuse to how he could not help me. When I call the service numbers, I'm on hold for an hour and a half. It's an intentional round and round to make sure that you're trapped. Bank of America simply isn't worth it.
