        Travis Valentine was SO HELPFUL when I had an urgent request as the 2nd Ave BOA was closing on a Friday afternoon. He could have easily turned me away but he was kind enough to stay late and help me in a very efficient manner. Thank you Travis!

        I went there today 1:30 PM there is a for people worked as I ask them I like to open Account they said no you got a come back Wednesday I said do I have to make appointment nobody say nothing I said let me talk to manager they said you can talk major right now and theyre yelling at me did you eat very bad and I get off the bank

        Unfortunately the branch manager is rude. Just go to the one on Delaney, there are more employees and you wont have to deal with her scolding.

        I walked in to get verification letter they told me to take a sit and made me wait an hour in waiting area, after an hour someone came up to me &said I need an appointment. Very bad service
