        This is a very nice location, everything shiny and new inside, all glass window, with two floors of space. There are 3 ATMs available at the entrance. One teller window on second floor. I wish they had one more. The manager, representatives everyone is super helpful and provide remarkable service. Very happy to have this location next my workplace.

        06.22.23 The worst experience ever in banking!!! Teller named Ebony made a mistake while being super rude. She made a mistake in calculation, once I went back to ask her what does it mean in receipt, she didnt apologize and didnt even explain what happened, talked to manager Drew, he said he will talk to her.

        Worst experience ever. The black manager named James was super disrespectful and racist towards us. If you are latino PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. They started asking us very private questions and also questioning why we wanted to open an account with them. Go to a different branch or to a different BOA. Also the person who scheduled us didnt even bother to take us.
