        The old man at counter doesnt know about his work. He cant even get me a cashier check and continuously asking for payees address. I never had any issues to get a check at any other branches or another bank. The guy is not capable of his job. Not recommended.

        This is a terrible representation of the Bank of America experience. I was profiled by David the manager who refused to give me access to a transfer of my funds. Truly unprofessional and unforgivable for a bank. I provided my account details and ID and was still turned away. Go to location on Canal and Broadway.

        The most regretful thing I have done was opening a business account with BOA. They are TERRIBLE! Especially the customer service. I eventually closed my business credit account today after arguing with the specialist. Super unprofessional!!!
