        Very happy with my experience at this branch. I was receiving fees on my savings account and unable to reach anyone on the phone. At this branch I was able to make an appointment online (other branches were unavailable and phone appointments were also unavailable for weeks). The assistant manager, Kai, was very attentive and helpful. The associate that helped next Chris, was also very helpful, resolved my issue as well as followed up when something else came up. These two helped restore my satisfaction with BOA.
