I never leave reviews, but I have to cash checks every night here because it’s the closest location to work. The two tellers that work in the evening (Daisy & Dhanny) are always rude, clearly in bad moods about closing, and have the worst attitudes. Tonight in particular I overheard one being rude to an old lady and I figured it’s worth my time to drop a review.
It’s really miserable going in there and if I was this BOA location I would want an honest vibe of how my employees treat people and that their customers dread having to deal with them.

Service too slow. Lots of agents and managers around and only 1 customer, yet I had to wait 20-25 mins just to reset my pin (only way to do it if one forgets it).
