        This is the best BoA department in NYC. I have to travel Downtown, but I am always satisfied with my interactions with the staff. Very friendly, competent and communicative staff. I dont have a high level of English yet, but the guys are always patient, they try to use easy vocabulary constructions - a special thank you for this! For almost a year of service in this department, I did not have any unpleasant experiences; they always tried to help me and explain everything in detail. My last visits I talked with the senior banker Kevin, unfortunately I dont remember his last name and although I had previously been served by different employees, lately I prefer him, thank him very much for his work! Such an engaged employee is very rare. In general, I dont understand why all BoA branches cant work like this? Maybe it really all depends on the leadership of a particular department... If this is so, then special thanks to their boss! Guys, I am your client for life))
