It was with my luck that I had the unfortunate crossing paths with Robert Weiss, a doorman in the wee hours of the morning as I was heading to the laundry room when I came back down to the lobby and he stopped me because I didn't look like I belonged in the building where I am currently residing. The one day I'm not wearing a suit and tie or scrubs, I have a hoodie on, plus the brown skin that I'm always wearing. But, without hesitating and performing his duties as the GateKeeper for our community, he allowed a blonde caucasian call girl into the building. I found just a little disparity in that. Hopefully I nor others experience a repetition in that type of behavior, now more than ever, to the perpetuators it seems as if it's a self-destructive habit. Hopefully in the future, this gentleman will be able to exercise discernment in his approach, if not over vigilance, in a broad spectrum just to be fair. As a warning to anybody in the BIPOC spectrum, make sure you have your key and a key fob out, and remember if you live here, your photograph is available to the doorman or building staff as a reference. And guests, just head to the front desk or be received by your friends downstairs.

Do NOT stay or park here— they hold your car hostage while the attendant jacks the price up while you wait. Total fraud. The founders of the Ritz hotels would be ashamed of this hotel and its awful awful garage which guoges guests. I had to call the police and wait an hour to get my car out of their garage after the attendant kept jacking the price on me. There are no words to describe how evil this hotel is. Stay far away unless you love big companies ruining.

Referral Fee NEVER received I was referred by my friend and moved to this place in Oct 2020. The leasing team and us agreed on a referral fee to be sent to us once I decide to continue my lease at the end of Feb 2021. It's been 2 months and they been stating the referral fee is still "processing". We still haven't received a penny from them to this date. Lying leasing agents and poor management team. DO NOT ever sign any lease with Ritz Plaza, don't be fooled by the term they offer. they will treat you like sh*t once your lease is signed and moved in.
