West End Towers

I just moved in n there is a roach problem ! Very disappointing for a luxury building I wish I knew this before coming here

Another classic bait-and-switch building... Management will bring you in with low rent and then increase it astronomically, even criminally, high. I was told the management is doing me a favor by offering a 20% rent increase!!! Almost all the appliances were low end appliance even though the rent they charge is premium. Heating and cooling needs to be manually operated since the automatic system doesn't work even after 3 'repairs'. The dryer didn't even have an air outlet installed, the water used to collect in a container that you had empty every 2 uses of the dryer. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this building. Either you should be ready to pay a 20% increase in rent and smile when they tell you they are doing you a favor or prepare to move out after your first year. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Was here 2008-2015 & really enjoyed the amenities, staff, neighbors. Quiet place overall.

This building is amazing, first you have a gym with a pool in it. Second, the supermarket is right downstairs. And last, the staff are very friendly and kind to everyone in the buildings.
