At a critical time in my cat's care, doctor was unprofessional and unreceptive.

Under the previous vet Dr. Kempner , I brought my cats here even after moving to Riverdale. It was close to 30 years Something changed over the pandemic . Not just the staff the culture seemed to shift to pushing services not necessary for my rescues And oh the costs went through the roof Prior I was sent reminders for checkups It seems to me that since I didnt bite at the services no reminders for my cars have been sent . nor will they be They get 2 stars for competency That is it Were headed elsewhere sorry to say

Echoing what has previously been said about rescheduling appointments. It does not make sense to ask people to reschedule an appointment after just 5 minutesespecially when they have spent 30 minutes on the commute and were only 2 minutes away. Seriously do not understand the rationale behind this. If I have an 30-minute appointment, and I'm late for 7 minutesdue to unforeseen traffic. Why can't I just have a 23-minute appointment instead?? The purpose of our appointment might not even need 30 minutes. It could very well be resolved in 20 minutes or less. And if you have put me done for an half hour appointment, my 5-minute lateness presumably will not have changed the availability of the doctorthat they are still free for the 30 minutes that is now 23 minutes. I just don't see why they have this rule. So answer me, why?? WHY?
