These guys ate crooks. Run run run away. I paid for flowers for my wfe for Valentine's Day. They were extremely rude and didn't care if the flowers were delivered. The flowers never made it to her. And now they will not answer the phone. And are refusing to give a refund. I will never use them again and you should not either!!!! Crooks!!!!

Never been the one to write reviews but after my experience today i had to. I purchased these roses yesterday and let them sit in water over night with plenty of sunlight this morning. Come to find them completely dead which i found odd so i took them back and kindly asked what happened and got the most rude response from the owner basically accusing that i didnt put them in water and basically saying im lying. I try to explain to him that i did have them in water all night with sunlight, i wasnt even asking for a refund and im being as civil as possible while he continues to accuse me saying im lying then prcoeeds to grab the roses and throws them on the floor in the truck, hands me new ones and tells me to get lost. I dont know what kind of customer service this is or he was just having a bad day but it was such a horrible experience that after being a customer for years this will be the last time i EVER purchase anything from here. A little word of advice to the owner the customer is always right no matter what. Completely dissapointed.

I have used Alborado Florist for several years. AJ's creations are amazing and very reasonably priced. He delivers quality beautiful arrangements each and every time. AJ and his staff are always helpful, courteous and professional. It's always a pleasure to walk into the store to either pick something from the display or have something special created. Just a great florist all around!

Staff was helpful loving compassionate and professional as I ordered flowers for my mothers funeral. Highly recommended and forever grateful because their care helped navigate things that seemed so hard at the moment.
