Unfortunately this florist cannot be recommended by me. After seeing the arrangement that was sent I noticed it was not at all like the one pictured on the website. Roses were bruised on edges and container different than what was expected. Meant for a baby boy and received a solid blue glass container without a call to discuss changes. When I called to ask questions the woman told me to hold on and then hung up. After I called back it went to voicemail!! Not pleased with the service and wish I went to Google review before ordering.

I ordered flowers for valentines online and had to make a change. No one ever answered the phone or email. There business phone has been going to voicemail all day. I will never bother with this small business again

My husband ordered a bouquet for me the day before my birthday, they promised to deliver it at 11:00 am (obviously they charged for delivery) it was 12:30 pm and they didn't arrive. He called to find out why they hadn't taken him to the lady who helped him, super rude, she started speaking English, he told her please speak Spanish, it was useless because she didn't do it, without the slightest respect because she was talking to another person laughing, It was my turn to intervene, you cannot imagine the arrogance, rudeness and arrogance of said lady. He literally scolded me and treated me not as a Customer but as if I was ignorant for making a claim Decently.

Do not order from this place. My daughter sent me Mother's Day flowers and they were left on the road and didn't find them for 2 days. When I called to let them know, they blew me off and didn't offer any resolution. At least could have apologized and sent new flowers like any reasonable business would do. Stay away, they don't deserve your business.
