I thought some things were weird, like needing my license plate and Vin number... which I'm sure they probably used to see if I owned the car ... smh I'm from California and out here for a bit and needed an oil change. The oil change went smoothly and my car drives like new again. Appreciate the service!

My daughter and her mom go here a lot . They are good people and go out of the way to help. Years later, and still the same. Very helpful and honest. Can't go wrong.

I go to the Firestone location in Sanford, which is on French Ave and 1st St. My mechanic, Julio is here. He transferred from the Longwood store years ago & because he always gave me excellent customer service & did great work, I only go to the Sanford store now. I'm very funny about my car and I really only like one mechanic to touch it. Julio is always going to tell me the truth. Whether he does the work or not he's going to let you know point blank what's going on with your car & tell you what you need to get done. Having a great mechanic that's trustworthy is everything! At Firestone, I know the work is warrantied, that it will be done correctly the first time. Having the best mechanic working on my car gives me peace of mind. The manager Robert is great at what he does, & always makes you feel welcome. The customer service that you receive here is what keeps me coming back. I've been with Firestone for 28 years now and really wouldn't recommend a better business to trust your car with!

Robert was able to fit me in today for an alignment for my Chevy Blazer . Very professional and fast service! Had a great experience! They did a great job!
