These employees aren't very friendly. Attitude problem. You're ignored when you walk in by all employees. They do a good job taking your money for the service. I'll try going here one more time. If it didn't change, I'm done.

Honest and straightforward employees. Jaiden has always been a great help when me and my family stop in. Wes P. Was amazing too. Even the Manager walking by makes sure things are running smoothly. Jaiden definitely is a genuine person and makes sure all your needs are met. I will be back for more work! 5+ Stars for sure!!!!

Hello, I do not recommend this place because according to you, you take your car so that it works better and what happens is that here they do not even recognize the noise of an engine without oil, such was the case of my sister, she does not know anything about cars and she went to Venice went to work, the truck started making noise but she continued back, the noise was louder and suddenly the truck turned off and didn't want to start anymore, they called the tow truck and they took her to the firestone since they always take her there and they told her To the person who received it, it was making noise and it had gone out. They changed the battery, which by the way still had a warranty, and they changed the starter motor and they delivered it. They brought it to the house and called me so I could get an woman over 60 years old heard it and as soon as I heard her I yelled turn it off, it doesn't have any oil, I checked the oil and indeed the dipstick was dry, we went to tell Tony the driver that and he said that they never told them that I would check the engine oil and that they were not responsible for what happened to the van, are they supposed to check the fluids in those places such as brakes, transmission, engine and even those who clean the windshield or not? You tell me if they are right or not? Why isn't it fair that they always take it there so that everything is fine with the truck and it just gets lost. Why weren't they told to check the engine for oil? Are they supposed to be the ones who know about that or not? What do you think? That stamp is from the last oil change that was done there and they still had to pay almost a thousand dollars for what they did to the truck. What do you think?
