Dunkin' - Closed

This used to be on the same side of Rt 211 as Dennys, but moved to a new building across the street, in the same parking lot/plaza as Collandreas. I went through their drive thru today for the first time. It's the only Dunkin in the area I'm aware of that has two lanes for ordering ... but then it merges to just one to pay and get your items. I'm not sure why someone decided to design it this way, but it doesn't seem to be doing any favors in regards to speed. I was able to place my order right away, but sat in line for several minutes waiting to pay because once those two ordering lanes merged, it seemed to back the staff up. My order was correct and the staff I interacted with were pleasant. Haven't yet been inside, but not eager to revisit the drive thru here when I know several Dunkin's in the area with just one drive thru lane that typically move more quickly.

This dunkin never fails. I love it so much and they always get my simple order right. They are so friendly and fast working. These employees are such great and hardworking people. I will most definitely come here more often. Best decision Dunkin ever made to open one here in Middletown. Better than the one on Dolson Ave. Highly recommend.

We ordered bage and asked for them to be toasted with butter and they were not toasted they looked like they put them in the microwave for a second I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I SEND ANYONE THERE IT WAS DISGUSTING

Update: I went again and not only was the service slow again, but they almost forgot the 2 donuts that I ordered and forgot to put ham in an order where I specifically requested it. Worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been to.
