Alot of the employees at this Dunkin are unfriendly however there are a few nicer ones. The place is old, awkwardly layed out and I don't stop here unless I'm running short on time.

I just had the worst experience ever If I could give a 0 star i would . I am currently 8 months pregnant. I went to drop off my step-son and decided to grab a refresher . I had asked to use the restroom and the manager Nicole who God know why shes a manager with poor professional and management couldnt give me permission to use their restroom. Clearly aware that corporations have policy but i had even mentioned and was visible that i was 8months pregnant. NEVER AGAIN.!! Thanks Nicole aka Karen.

I am giving 3 stars because they are stepping it up. This location needed new people the previous ones they had was horrible all they did was stand around talking, or the young lady in the back didnt even do my order and when her coworker told her she ignored her and didn't even make my sandwich at all. All I did was just stand there for 10 minutes thinking ahe was going to make it and she didnt. The lady said you still standing here if you don't mind I will make your sandwich and she made the sandwich right along side the girl that ignored her when she mentioned I never recived my sandwich. This place needs new management, new staff, because to have it right in dolson which is a busy area there is no reason for behavior like this. I don't live far from here but I would travel on the other side for a DD because the customer service here is not great at all.
