Avis Rent A Car

1.0 star rating 7/5/2017 Rented a car for 2 days because my car was in the shop and I was not sure that I was going to need it for that long and the sales person Yvette told me that there would be a fee if I rented for 1 day and had to add another so I rented for 2 as I was assured there would not be a fee for only using it for one day. Well I returned the car next day. I was in a hurry to pick up my other car and she had a customer. She told me I could drop off the key and she would take care of the rest. Well come to find out she charged me for the 2 days! I called her 4 separate times and each time got a different excuse as to why the 2nd day was not removed from my credit card. I rented the car on 5/3 returned it on 5/4 and I am still trying to get refunded. I would never use this location again. It is not professionally run and although Yvette was pleasant she obviously is incompetent. The only bright spot was the car I rented was new.
