Budget Car Rental

I think there is a new lady working at this location, she started asking for my insurance information over a windshield scratch that was already there prior to my rental. Granted, they did not mark it on the car rental receipt, but it was such a small mark that even I missed it. When I told her that this is ridiculous that you're asking me to take responsibility for damage caused by someone else (the car was ridden with scratches too), she said, "get used to it". Incredibly rude. Drove to a different location and returned my car, no questions asked. If Budget is so concerned about damage to their cars, they should begin doing video recorded walk arounds before and after their vehicles are rented. That should be YOUR responsibility. The guy who gave me the car gave me 20 seconds to do a walk around, and I mentioned the marks that I could find, but I missed this one. The car is full of scratches, how many did you want me to mark down? Then you have this by the book lady, clearly not trained in service and doesn't have enough work to do. What awful customer service. Learned my lesson though, will be taking video recordings of all cars that I rent to cover my tracks.
