While I have business and personal accounts in several banks, this little branch is Absolutely the Best banking Ive experienced in all my 30 plus years in business!

Customer service here is lousy. I never received a return phone call to 'set up an appointment' to cash in some savings bonds. When I called back after 2 business days later, I was told the woman was out for last two days and  that I should just show up at drive thru. Also the employee said "didn't you see the signs in the door that says drive thru only?? " Maybe not sir if I have not gone there yet!  Well if that's the way all customer do business (which is fine to me) then what was the sense of the first employee telling me she had to check if that appointment was "available". Unbelievable the time I wasted.
