        Great location: I went to this location beacuse I lost my debit card. Franca was great. She got me in and out of the location in minutes. She gave me a temporary card and even overnighted my replacement card. I had a fast and friendly experience.

        Had a transaction at this bank, where their male contracted vendor was so disrespectful!!! Employees, including manager, witnessed... even apologized for his behavior BUT DID NOTHING. After, they severed their relationship with him... but stayed very quiet about it. HOWEVER, I walked away feeling so insulted, degraded. Wow. #meToo Citibank, never never again anywhere.

        I have had good and bad experiences, personally I like this bank for the customer service they give me, it is very personalized, the service is very good, it shows that their staff is highly trained. I find the customer service reps to be pleasant and accommodating. They treated me promptly and with respect. My experience has been excellent.

        I do try to do it all online. But it takes them too long to get help in person. Good bank, I am here for years. Just try to come early and save time.
