I have been using Ehrlich for a number of years, even after they became part of Rentokil. My service is managed out of Albany, NY and I have only the highest praise for that office, and particularly their service manager and the tech who does my service.

For 20 years i used them. When they were first Ehrlich then Rentokil bought them out. They were good at the start but now that they are getting big, they fail customers and pest control. They can not keep up. They are all over the place. The company states that they look at the tin cats and do the walk thru but that is not true and when i complained to the guy who came here on site, he just agreed with me and did nothing at all about the problems. He kept putting everything as ok and the same as the prior weeks. Reports were never updated customer service was a joke. Reaching out to reps was so hard and time consuming. I felt like they should have started to pay me for all the things they missed and did not follow up on. I made the switch to Kapture Pest Control and i do not regret it!!! Such a better company!!! Better customer service and the employees really work!!!

The customer service was terrible. I called in to schedule an initial inspection but the guy named Erik insist that I shall book inspection and treatment at the same time. I told him if they are not willing to do an inspection which is advertised on their website then I will look for another company, and he simply hangs up the phone. Why would someone commit to book a treatment when they havent even heard companys analysis and solutions? The customer support guy is absolutely arrogant.
