Do not waste your time with this company. They have returned to my apartment 3 times because they cannot find the source of my bed bug problem.
They have been extremely condescending and when asked questions they will only give you vague responses instead of concrete answers or plans to move forward. One employee stormed out of my apartment after yelling at me because he could not give me any answers or any next steps eradicate the problem. They DO NOT do their job. They have absolutely no empathy towards how their lack of action affects their clients health, and I cant even imagine how much my landlord is paying for their useless service.
EDIT: If the companys response below isnt enough of a reason to move on and choose another exterminator service for your problem I dont know what else is. These are the words this company chooses to scream at their clients. I went to a dermatologist twice, they told me I have bed bug bites. Anyone considering hiring this service, keep looking because these people have a serious customer service composure and attitude problem. You people need to learn some interpersonal skills.
